Water Pollution Control Authority

Duties per Town Charter (Chapter IV Section 20):

There shall be a Water Pollution Control Authority consisting of five members appointed by the First Selectman for terms of four years each. The Authority shall function pursuant to and in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes, the Monroe Town Charter and applicable ordinances.
