6/4/2018 - Public Hearing on 2018 Neighborhood Assistance Act Applications 6-11-18

Please be advised that the Town Council will conduct a public hearing on applications being submitted for the 2018 Neighborhood Assistance Act Program at 7:30 p.m. prior to their regular meeting on Monday, June 11, 2018 at the Town Hall (Council Chambers) located on 7 Fan Hill Road, Monroe, Connecticut, to discuss applications submitted for the following programs/services: 

  1. Edith Wheeler Memorial Library Sensory Storytime
  2. Monroe Food Pantry
  3. Monroe Playground Foundation
  4. Project Warmth
  5. Emergency Medical Services Stop the Bleed Program
  6. Conservation Commission Pollinator Garden:  Educational and Environmental Benefits
  7. Monroe Performance Pavilion

The purpose of this hearing is to receive input from the public regarding the proposed applications.  This meeting meets accessibility requirements for the disabled. Anyone requiring special accommodations should contact the First Selectman’s Office as soon as possible.  Thank you.
