Land records and maps provide a medium to research and create a system of information about property in the Town of Monroe. Information prior to 1823 may be found in Stratford or Shelton.

Recording Hours:   Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM-4:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

$60.00 first page / $5.00 each additional page(s)

MERS $159.00 (Releases)

Copies of Land Records $1.00 per page
